Joan:

I spoke to Craig about 7 - 10 days ago. Here is a summary of our conversation:

1) HTI is behind on their numbers.

2) Claire will probably only increase their holding in HTI to 80%
(from 60%).

3) HTI currently has $3.5M in quotes out for bid.

4) Claire is evaluating purchasing an interest in another company
(like their ownership in HTI). Could be a water treatment
management company or a battery technology company.

5) They will be attending a precision cleaning show in Anaheim in
May.
