Yahoo's numbers are very old. (a) Look at the latest 10-Q for the latest # of outstanding shares. (b) Look at the latest proxy filing for the # of shares held by insiders (c) Look at the insider selling The float = (a) - (b) + (c) As I said, it is almost 20 million shares. Regards. Rajiv
