Hi Mike,

Well I'm not in talks with Mr. R. but I would like too. Still looking
for some real serious investors/JVers. Been talking to alot of folks
down here and showing the tapes. Got alot of interested folks. Will have
to talk to Lorie and see what it takes to get a plant here. Got some folks
that want their retirement homes including myself from IHI. If there was
a factory inplace right now I could produce at the minimum a mil. in business
right now. I know for a fact that I could cover/pay off the cost of a
plant in the first year that is just how much interest there is in the
process. Got an archatect that is interested in the process for its
commercial value. Wants me to do a demonstration. Can't of course, just
have to give him the tapes.;-(((((

So any of you folks out there that are looking for a good way of life and
would like to become an investor in your own company, contact me and give
me a letter of intent and I will talk to Lori and see what I can do.;-)
