Fred: I am sorry to put wrong Divicom's name. but I know this company since1995 when I visited the wireless cable show in DC. As a designer, I know it has a digital video system that actually use the QAM technology similar to BRCM's. But I don't think it has chip design capability at that time. Maybe it is different now after 3 years. BRCM was one of the leaders at that time. It is still a leader now. Daniel
