You really couldn't buy it more cheaply this year until last Friday.
(Click on the 100-day chart.) A secondary offering isn't like the
usual IPO in that it can't be artificially discounted to the market
so the buyers get a one-day pop. The price could just at easily have
risen and the current dip will just shake out anyone thinking he
could make a quick buck. These shares might trade at 67.5 or above
before the end of the quarter. Is that too long to wait?
