It may be that the $1.4 M increase to GTR's bottom line is due to synergies rather than that Movies is currently making $1.4M.

Of significant note is the product diversification which has been a key objective of management to reduce the overall risk of their business plan and the increase in the sales due to this acquisition.

$9M U.S. will increase Cdn. sales of GTR by almost 50% when the exchange rate factor is considered. All this without using much cash to achieve the growth. Now if management can just build some momentum say with one or two smaller acquisitions and continued earnings growth on the homefront, we could have ourselves a very interesting play indeed.
