Good luck to you - I have a friend who is at the trade shows this week - things are going really well. A side note - Vans is coming out with a limited apparell line this year - not in anyones numbers - hired away a top notch addidas exec to head it up - This could be a big boost - VANS has a great brand name and I think their line will sell like hot cakes. Stock is now selling at a 40% discount to its group. As long as the market holds steady I think you will be rewarded. Management is conservative they are not stock promoters - they guide the street to numbers they are confident they can meet - I take comfort in that ( I think VANS is an attractive takeover target - even though they just adopted a poison pill - At this price they would be accretive to earnings to any company ) Small and medium caps have been absolutely ignored this year the russell is flat - I think this will change!!!!
