Richard Makowiec:

I bailed out of CPU at 9 5/8 (I think it was just yesterday!) but would get back in fast if your idea seems to be coming to fruition. It's the only one that makes sense. I'm the owner of my second Dell computer in two years, and the second one arrived damaged. They sent a guy to my house in a Jeep the very next day to present me with a new one, plus paid the shipping back to Texas for the defective system. I haven't needed a whole lot of technical assistance on Dell's toll-free line, but I do use it from time to time. A store in the area would be great!!! Whether it would create greater efficiency for Dell is up to their financial people to decide, but for the customer, it would be nice.

Dell-user and.......
Former CPU shareholder amazed at how much I lost gambling on this company. Get it together, management!!! (and try getting it together with Dell)
