Clayleas, why not use the latest 10Q "COMMON STOCK, NO PAR VALUE - 23,053,120 SHARES AS OF JANUARY 31, 1999 edgar-online.com You did have the correct number of shares for 10/31/98. They must have had the printing presses running full time over there. BTW, 23 million x 13 = 299 million. This one is getting more and more interesting. Barb
