WOW. MWY is offering shares. This is the most unexpected, perplexing thing I've seen. They have $28 million in cash. The offering would raise only $2 million. And they are supposed to be in the middle of a buyback - and the latest quarterly report says that they indeed have been buying back shares. biz.yahoo.com So what gives? I'm guffawing right now. Anyone with insight please let me know. This company continues to perplex. All that knowledgeable outsider and insider buying, the cheapest video game company, and the price sinks to ridiculous levels. So offer a miniscule amount of shares for no reason? I don't get it, Mike
