What is the normal sequence of events? Incyte allows pharma to mine their database... and when some function is discovered, then Incyte and the customer/pharmaceutical company do a joint patent...or does INCY reserve the right to the patents as a precondition to allowing a given pharma to use it's database? (I'd better read the article now)
