paul, I play all time highs. All time lows are totally foreign to me. I'm impressed with your USAD trade. Haven't looked at GEMS lately. How do you make a decision on these companies other than the obvious criterion: the market hammered the stock mercilessly. I have a sense of what you signal for buying is: a sizeable trade causing an uptick meaning the bottom is close if not at hand.

But, what goes into the rest of the formula?
