MARC.. It is obvious you are having some difficulty communicating with our company, However calling people idiots,lazy and yelling as you point out might contribute to the response you have gotten..I am sure that if you call on any given day you might find someone in any organization having a bad day, continuing to push for information that they don't have is hard on everyone..Anyway I guess this could be as good a way to communicate as any..I know how important it is to use the right punctuation spelling etc. but it does seem that is form over substance .. I will try to avoid selecting all caps as an option when communicating with you..my daughter tells me all caps means you are yelling...maybe there is something to that..Just to beat the dead horse ANI to death .. We decided not to do business with them in the best interest of our shareholders..That is always a tough choice.. to pass on business, but it is clear this was the right choice..We are still shipping to Scobee and that is a profitable customer for us..bagels vs gourmet cookies..In this case these bagels vs those cookies..there is no question one requires substantially less effort..Regarding Fred at Street Talk.. Clearly Fred indicated to me that he was not sure why we were there and did not seem predisposed to changing his bread vendor but as you pointed out I did follow up on your phone call and went to meet with Fred as you suggested. Regarding the quality of our product again as you pointed out the same week Hoffbrau a very large chain here in Dallas selected our bakery for there products and has turned out to be a very good customer for us..Regarding being in the office I would find it hard to meet the Scobee's,Hoffbrau's and Street Talks of the world if I were staying in the office all day..regarding a secr. doing my typing, note the times of this letter and other E-Mail.A secr at 1:00 in the morning is at home asleep..You are right however when I was running a $100mm company I could have a secr. sending out my E-Mail. Typing is not my strong point. Regarding Crawford Shaw he has moved on to other things ..Some say he was tired, others say he was burned out..He told me that he believed in the company but he had other pressing issues in his life and I will leave it at that..As I pointed out earlier this is a challenge everyday and I am up to it ..I am open to suggestions and constructive input..I appreciate the fact that you have made a substantial investment in the company and I have truely made an effort to be responsive to you..regarding your calls and E-Mail , It would appear that I have responded your calls ie. Street Talk..Believe me if I get the calls I will try and return them..I apologize for any missed calls..again this appears to be a good tool to get information to you .I have watched SI in the past but because of my limited typing skills I have avoided responding. But in reading your recent comments it seemed that some response was required..Dana
