Totally Hip gets more press in the Industry publications and also in the Business news of a well known Canadian Magazine:

Low and behold my searches have paid off. And my April issue of MacWorld magazine showed up today, and as I read it I found more press on THW and their hot new product.

Note! - Macworld reaches 2.5 million purchase influencers of computer products. These eyes will read about Totally Hip LiveStage.

Totally Hip LiveStage given very positive press in the News section of the April 1999 issue of MacWorld on page 28.

Very positive press on Totally Hip LiveStage.

Too much to type in so you will have to read a copy at the check out counter or find in in your local bookstore.

I hear that there is more press to come in many publications since LiveStage has become a very popular product.

Totally Hip gets more Business press in MacLeans, which I found out to be one of Canada's most popular Weekly News Magazine.

I found this MacLeans Magazine article information tidbit in Media Mentions in the 'About Hip' section of Totally Hip's web site.

This is positive press. Not a whole story about THW, but positive mention that leads into the stuff on THWs participation in next weeks Apple sponsored event.

This is not the whole article from what I have heard and I reposted it from THW's website:

by Maclean's, Jennifer Hunter

"..for high-tech companies, the access to huge pools of venture capital is attractive. It's the capital that is motivating Randy McCallum, founder of Totally Hip Software in Vancouver, to scout for a U.S. site. That, and the heavy burden of Canadian taxes. McCallums says that although Vancouver is beautiful and has strong research and development talent, his firm cannot lure marketing and sales people from the United States. The taxes, he says, are prohibitive..."

"Macworld is about content. That's where I go for my reference. I read Macworld because they do broad based comparisons - they get products sufficiently in advance with enough time to really test them and shake them out."
