Telemarketer, I am not sure of the requirement to move to full NAZ status. I do know that there are book value and bid ask requirements as well as reporting requirements. I believe that the reporting requirement is being handled as we speak. They did hire the accounting firm in November. I am not sure about the "Quiet Period". No help Bruce
