Terry, Hopefully your messenger is watching and can respond to this... ALSO WE TALKED ABOUT 504 FILING ALLOWING FOR SECONDARY PUBLIC OFFERING IN HIS WORDS "LIKE HAPPENING NOW" has another 504 been issued? Or is he talking about the 3+Million shares that are held in litigation and unable to trade at this time.... (this was the result of a 504 offering).
