Monty they are issuing new debt at 60 to 70 bp above treasury. LU can not sell without giving easy credit. - e.g. US public is financing others telecom system to keep the payroll steady. Debt Debt is great <GGG> reminds me of the 1980's real estate boom in Japan and US, with no money down as cashflow will take care of debt service <GGG> BWDIK Haim
