Gee, I wonder why they went to all that cost and bother, since their plan was working so well? Or perhaps they realized that anyone with $100k investment could duplicate the drop ship model. So they decided to put some barriers to entry and gain competitive advantage. Sarmad, This violated their entire business model. Amazon was suppose to be more mean and lean due to their lack of expense in carrying inventory and very little rent. Also, a small payroll. Glenn
