Hummingbird rumours sweeten PC Docs stock canoe.ca In mid-February, PC Docs' board rejected a $9.96 a share bid from Solution 6 Holdings Ltd., an Australian company it had considered buying. Solution 6 made it known it would remove Rubin Osten as PC Docs' chief executive. --- Well I'm guessing but I think Rubin Osten is staying on for the Hummingbird deal. It sure looks like the poison pill protected him. I bet if they didn't have a poison pill Rubin Osten would be out. Considering the performance of the company over the past year or so he should be out. JMHO Mike
