Chisy: I define equity "noise" as being minimal transaction volume in the equity in question. "Staticky"(is that a word? heh), no impact to the stock. Basically my laymans attempt at stating the stock ain't got much interest in it right now. After all, when discounting, via the ~42% rule, the double counting of volume on the NASDAQ, ACTUAL trading in VLNC is pretty much at a standstill. This indicates(to me) that most folks who are in, are standing pat, those who are out are awaiting developments, and those who'd like to short ain't really enthused about doing THIS, either(again, based on volume).
