Taby, sorry my error. you are correct about VLSI trading as high as 40+ intraday Oct. 97. Nonetheless, I think fair value is in the $22-25 range here. Stein pulled in the banking people to search out other potential "White Knights". We'll find out shortly what the company is worth on the street. But I don't believe VLSI would have traded to $35-40 this year on its own merit as Jim B. stated, unless it changes its business to the Level One silicon (VBG). Regards and best wishes all longs!
