"Does anyone understand the intricacies of how the Williams transaction ..."

They're receiving the $400 million from Williams over a 4 year time period for a 25 year contract. I guess the question is do you account for the revenue over the 4 years you receive it, ie $100M per year for 4 years, or do you account for it over the life of the contract, ie 16M per year for 25 year.

Had anybody heard of WinStar offering the Millenium customers a choice of a 1, 2, or 3 year deal? That's the first I'd ever heard of it, I thought it had to be a three year deal. I'd heard they were having trouble selling it because it was hard getting companies to agree to a 3 year contract. Maybe some adjustments on the fly?

NBMO still get's the first question.
