OK Auricman, let's look at the news release that you like so much..

1. Try and find any info on the "company" Ivy Entertainment.com, Inc.
EUTO certainly has learned to play the game, as has it's pals at the Ivy Club. Add a .com on to your name so you can benefit from the internet mania.

2. Notice how the release can't even get the terminology correct. It just tries to throw in all the buzz words. The second business is going to be a "shopping mall selling products and services originating in the club". OK, what products and services originate in a night club that would be in a shopping mall web site???

Then they talk about streaming video to visit the club. That is not a shopping mall. So which is it??? In any case, who is doing all this sophisticated technical work? Brad? Floyd? Neither of them probably even understands what streaming video is. How many people work for Ivy Entertainment.com, Inc and are there any technical people currently employed? Have they done any work with this technology at all? They don't even have a simple website up.

As typical with EUTO, just another meaningless promise of things to come.

3. Notice how the news release tries to inflate the importance of the Ivy Club by quoting totally non relevant information. If you don't read carefully, they try to give the impression of big business for the club. The booking of 120 performances is for the Beacon Theatre, not the Ivy Club. Then they quote the number of visitors to NYC and how much they spend. OK, but that is not relevant in any way to the revenue that the Ivy Club will receive. Notice how they try to link the two. Oh, and the number of parking facilities near the club is really relevant to EUTO's success!! Most people in Manhattan don't drive cars to clubs. Another hot item, the Millenium..so why not throw in some words saying there will be something big...of course no facts included, and probably none planned yet either.

4. Notice they state how the club targets 25 and up age group. The following is an add out of the nyc.personals newsgroup...

Ivy Sundays Dance Party - 35+

Come and Celebrate with us at
Ivy Sundays Cabaret And Lounge
2130 Broadway bet 74 and 75th ST
Sunday March 14th
Dance swing -dirty dancing .Salsa and more
complimentary snacks
doors open at 5pm Admission $15
proper dress attire
for more info call ....

Seems it is definitely "and up".

5. As long as they threw in everything but the kitchen sink, they then say they will be opening other clubs in other domestic and international locations. Sure why not say it, there are no facts required to back it up and it sounds good.

So the question still remains, why would any company who is successful with the ideas defined in the release, sell the company to EUTO, with no assets, no experience, no resources, and their only income being selling of more and more shares?????

People be very careful here. EUTO has not lived up to a single news release that has been released in the last year and a half that I have followed them. Why would this release be any different???
