If WIND doesn't bottom around 22 - bottom of flag - then all one can say is that most people are not interested/uninformed.

The good side, technically, is that the sell off has been on quite light volume. I would expect consolidation here for a few weeks and an attempt at another breakout - above 25, going to the trading level of 25 1/2 - 28. WIND usually takes about a month or two to get its base together.
