« In your opinion where do you see LCG going this year?»

Assuming a conservative 50 cents earning for the current fiscal year and 75 cents for the next one (excluding any acquisitions) and applying a 15 P/E then you get 7.50 $ and 11.25 $.

A P/E of 15 is very conservative if LCG shows any growth potential. Their conservative way of operating a casino is proven and while not as spectacular as others it makes money and risk is minimal. Any acquisition outside B.C. would probably change the perception that LCG is a local B.C. Company with minimal growth potential.

I'd be happy with 10 $ after Q4 release. And if LCG seems to take a conservative expansion path , I might stay for the party. A big question mark is who' s buying all those Sprott shares and who will really be in charge soon...
