Well it looks like you found the offending analyst! I don't have a clue who Offutt is; actually I started researching JPMX when I saw a report from the manager of Oberweis funds recommending the stock.

Since I'm originally from Pennsylvania, near Lewisburg, and since I've been happily in an Oberweis fund for several years, I figured I would start looking at the company. Don't currently own any stock, but I do plan on buying some in the near future. So, any downward trend is good news for me at the moment.

In any case, last time I looked it was up 1/2 point. I like the fact that the company is not "new" - i.e., its been around for 50 years or so. It's just new to the market. We're probably looking at the bottom of the dip for the moment. Don't forget, it's taken a pretty impressive ride up this past year! Easily doubled investors money. Maybe it's just taking a breath right now ...
