Update: Company is still wrapping up an agreement to acquire a
larger company with revenue and earnings. The lawyers seem to
like to "run the meter". I guess it will get done eventually,
hopefully it will be reported via a news release next week. Looks
like some buying has already started, don't know why really. Perhaps
someone knows something we don't.
