It seems like Chris deserves some apologies.

Also, it is purely STUPID for people to accuse the company of daytrading its own stock.....LOL. a) It's not legal. b) It behooves a company to have it's stock price as high as possible (for many of the same reasons you want your house to appreciate).

I don't care what the company says about the value of the acquired assets. Until they produce revenue, they're worth $20 million (price reportedly paid), and the company has a $20 million liability.
