I called the PR firm in CA on the 12 in the afternoon.The lady read me a bul from PRTI. I read: A settelement has be reached on the restraing order and would be signed on about the 27 of Feb. That is why the movemnt.

Just before this trouble this stock was predicted to go above 1 dollar a share before the 15th of Jan 97. This was from inside Wall street.
