I don't know about 75, but when DBCC spun-off MKWT, I would have never thought it would have gone to the 50's with DBCC only owning 38% of MKWT.

With NAVR owning 85+ percent of NETR, who knows where it will go, has anyone done the calculation of how much NAVR will be getting off the deal and how much they will retain in shares?

I guess that's what we are waiting for, some specifics of what percentage of ownership NAVR will retain in shares. So, if 2-2.5 million shares are allowed on the market and say NETR IPO's around $15 per share and goes to 45-50 or even more, knowning past IPO spin-off's. This could add some significant dollars to NAVR's bottom line if they issue 10 million or more shares.

Anyone have any thoughts, might as well start the assumption phase of the IPO.

Best of luck
