to all please do not forget that i took over cabec in december 1997 at this time the stock was not $2 and ectualy i started the negotiations with courton in august 97 and the stock was at this time $0.06 so the $2 has nothing to do with me. and it is not my dooing that after i made the merger courton and frends dumpt over 13 million stock into the float. so please do not blaim me for this. thanks M.John Cabec/PPP
