And yes, Doug may have high hopes, but like I said, if you've already mentally and physically written this off, nothing at this point phases me. Worst possible scenario now for me is if it does somehow appreciate to make it worth selling, I have to pay CG on 100%.
Sooo, realizing any multiple now not only has to clear brokers fees, but taxes too, this is going to have to be one meteoric rise before it'll get my attention. As you know, the chances of this are as close to nil as you can get.
