I concur that we're overdue for a year or two of consolidation and rediversification into the broader market issues. The small caps really need to rally to sustain this rally, but I don't feel the RUT will achieve new highs. I'm just hoping for a bounce. Y2K will really be an issue. SOES/Instinet systems we down for several hours. Back up and running now so we may see some more upside. Regards, Ron
