Your Second Opinion updates are always appreciated, and I agree that LCAV should be purchased, but on price pull back.

This stock is in a good upward trend with upside resistance of $2.65625 and $3.00. Support at $2.13 and $2.00. The technical indicators show good upside momentum so it is very possible to see $3.00/share in time.
