I have gone back through my file in an attempt to resolve this mysterious posting. I found something that may fit within the "504" scenario that was presented.

It is important to remember that an Initial Public Offering (IPO) was never made for Pacel. The stock simply began trading on th NASD BB back in June 1998. At that time, Dave Calkins talked about Pacel's IPO taking place between Jan 1 and Mar 31 1999. The listing on the BB was only "a temporary stage to help us (Pacel) raise some money..."

Now this is only a guess on my part, SO DO NOT HOLD ME TO THIS, if there is news pertaining to Rule 504, it probably means that Pacel will be issuing stock via an IPO. This can POTENTIALLY be a very lucrative situation for current shareholders. The most important part being how well received this offering is, in the open market.

For further info on the above, refer to Pacel's website at www.PACEL.com. From there move to News and Events then to Archives then to News between June 1998 - Sept 1998. The two articles which must be read are "PACEL Corp. Commences Trading" - June 29, 1998 and"Local company makes big jump to Nasdaq" - June 1998.

I am very interested in hearing everyone's response!
