Not sure why we are moving, but I'm not complaining. This stock was acting like it wanted to move for the last couple of weeks, but general market conditions seemed to be holding it back. That was fine by me, I was able to accumulate some more at 58 3/8. I would be surprised if they decided to purchase an IXC at this juncture. They still need to finish their undersea build out. However, they have indicated they will build out in Europe into some of the major cities. I get the impression they will lease the capacity. This is a seasoned management team, and they appear to be well financed, so it will be interesting to see how this all works out. Regards
