No...they're going with the flow of trading and moving the price to accommodate the "off the board" irregular trades taking place. Considering there has been so little retail trading in ETPI today, they're free to do this type thing. Once that mess is done, they'll go with the retail trades that may or may not come in. Only 22,000 shares of the 57,000 have been retail. CYGS in a strong upward move this morning. SHST up a dime to 50 cents.
