post on the yahoo board says that the poster called MWY and IRS agreement during spin-off required them to issue 1M shares. Supposedly they had already offered 750,000 through employee options... IRS deal said had to be done before any acquisitions. Here go the rumors. ATVI already has rumors in the media. THQ drops on great new. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Steve
