re: "Anybody care to comment on how long they think AMD will remain an $18 stock?"

No, on how long! But it will not remain here terribly long. It will either go up or down. It is very unusual for it to remain so stable for such a long period. There is apparently enormous supply as we approach 20. Apparently, at least recently, it seems to be under systematic accumulation. Even when the bid size is small or minute and the offer size has been relatively huge; which would normally indicate a downside bias, the stock price holds up and all that is offered gets bought.

There is, of course, no guarantee that this will continue. IT depends on the capacity and perceptions of the buyers, but someone, maybe G. Soros, has been buying all that they can here without bidding it up.

Regards,

DARBES
