John Interesting question. It happens all the time. Could possibly be that in this case there may be some individual or group that is trying to accumulate and bangs the stock if it looks like it wants to run up. Could also be that market makers are short. Have patience. With over the counter stocks you can only play on the fundamentals which in the case of FASC are positive. Ed
