I will address just one of your points: "ericy competitive tactics are deceitful and dishonest" This accusation has long remained a puzzle to me. On what is it based? I asked this question some time ago of one of your Qualcomm cohorts, Maurice Wynn, and the only thing he could come up with was an article by Bill Frezza unfavorable to CDMA. I found nothing diceitful or dishonest about the article and found no ties to Ericsson. If your statement is based on nothing more substantial than that, I suspect that you're just looking for a scapegoat for past poor performance of Qualcomm stock and Ericsson happened to be a convenient target.
