I'll agree reverse mergers can be dubious, maybe more often then not, but not all are criminal. So you know nothing particular about this company, you just have a general opposition to reverse mergers?

For some info on reverse mergers, see:

biz.yahoo.com

<<''The names of some of the companies that have gone public through the reverse merger process might surprise you. In 1970, Ted Turner completed a reverse merger with Rice Broadcasting and grew it into Turner Broadcasting Systems. Arman Hammer invested in a public shell company in the 1950s and developed what is known today as Occidental Petroleum Corp., Tandy Corporation, Blockbuster Entertainment, Inc., Unifi, Inc. and Waste Management, Inc. can all trace their roots to a reverse merger. Some very recent and actively traded reverse merger companies include: eSat, Millionnaire.com, Isleuth.com and Nettaxi.>>
