The wording in the prospectus and the S-1 is very poor. I was confused to so I re-checked the number. DR assures me that it IS NOT 7mm shares that are being un-locked, but rather approx. 3,178,000. The total float after Mar. 10 will be something in the neighborhood of 7,700,000 total, including option related shares. Call DR IR dept. and talk to Jodie.
