The funny thing about the Lehman do-hicky-thing-a-ma-bob?

They mentioned that...CheckFree is seen as overvalued because it's not in control of its growth rate, since it indirectly handles clients for banks that select its transaction services, said Bellini. She said the stock should trade at a discount compared to companies such as E*Trade Group Inc. (Nasdaq: EGRP) that handle their own customers and have a direct control over their growth.

Use that analysis...and then apply it to a portal....

zdii.com

Then from the other night...when the Auggie Dog and I were launching Rockets @ $39.00

>>>I believe CheckFree will catch up to E*Trade.

I believe they will pass E*Trade...whereas EGRP serves it's particular customers....CheckFree serves there own, Intuit's, those of 350 Banks & Brokers and soon to be those of Portals.

Kinda like an electric utility in the physical world, whereas EGRP would be a business.

Does anybody besides me see any irony in this at all if CKFR were too...like..a...SIGN UP E-TRADE?
