Back to the serious side, re: the inquiry rate, seems to me the inquiry rate on bills that have been electronically presented and paid should be virtually non-existent compared to the inquiry rate for users of Bill Payment alone where bills are being paid to non-electronic payees.

In addition, doesn't the Genesis platform allow a user to track a bill from presentment to payment, in a similar fasion to the way a user can track a fed ex or UPS package? Based on the current mybills site, I don't see this capability but I sure would like to see CheckFree add it.
