One of the reasons that I caught on the conf. call that might be holding this stock back is the fact that the trusts or portfolios are not giving cpss any cash flow. They are at a 0 cash flow on these. This might mean that the portfolios are performing poorly. The only income and earnings that you see is coming from set up fees. However, the cash release from these portfolios is to start in the 4th quarter which will help cpss in their constant need for capital.
