Anywhere there is high foot traffic would be good the way I see it.

Recently I was in MD and I wanted to go online for a while, couldn't find a kiosk or a cybercafe....finally tracked a cybercafe down in Arlington, ( CosmicGrinds I think it was Called )... so there I go. I went one hour to get to this place and gladly spent the money ! Happy that somebody had it available !

When I am on the road I would love to be able to get online at a kiosk, Hey, I would make a point of staying at Days Inn JUST because they had the Kiosks.

Its been a pet peeve of mine actually, some hotels have in house computers in the business center that you can go online with, but very few. Not everyone wants to cart around a Notebook, and have AOL or someother national ISP to get online.
