My long talk with Mike Rehtorik: Here's the summary...(Part II of II)

On New Acquisitions:
A few in the works, and MTCI is NOT one of them. Edison parted terms
a while back and is not sure if he's the same one mentioned by MTCI.

On Natural Resources:
Miller Mountain Mine under snow right now, looking to be profitable
2nd or 3rd Qtr `97. Looking to uncap their gas wells this year.

On their Edgar filings:
Form 10 will be redone and revised to include sale of CRIC and new
businesses. Format will be simplified (to less than 150 pages).
Hopefully all the history (pre-1995) can be reduced/eliminated.

On Spin-Offs:
Possible spin-off IPOs include Motorsports, Miller Mountain, and
Muzzeloading.

On Shorters:
GIFS believes they know who they are and why they are doing it.
Concerns the shares in "disagreement" discussed earlier. Shorters
should be forced to cover when CRIC sale is finalized (and cash starts
coming in) and after the Big 6 audited report comes out. GIFS
believes some of these shorters have infiltrated SI and is working
with SI to identify the aliases of those involved in corporate slander
(whatever the legal term is).

On S.I.:
Mike monitors this thread and asked me to summarize out conversation.
He enjoys talking to investors but can't afford to tackle hundreds of
call per day. However, if so inclined, Mike Rehtorik at GIFS is at
