OT Potato Salad PA Lore They sell it locally in these huge plastic buckets. The stuff is oustanding. Something else you might not realize is that the PA Dutch are responsible for the introduction of the hard pretzel. Where I grew up, they would hand make the pretzels right down the road. You could go to their little factory and the women would sell you 13lbs of broken seconds for $5. They also make some serious potato chips. Cooked in lard, about 50 grams of fat a serving, but damn are they good ... jw steve
