Thought I'd mention I'm glad to see you here, Richard, and look forward to your messages, and the much-needed stability in the postings. I expect you'll be a very good keel in some really choppy waters. Do you have a voice number for Ms. Cardinelli? I got a number for her but it's her fax number. Trying to get my hands on a copy of the 10SB and I was given her number as the person I need to contact. BTW, I love Long Island Iced Tea and this past New Year's was my first opportunity to make them. It's my only drinking night of the year, and I always go with a particular drink or theme (rum-based, for example). Anyway, I was amazed at the number of ingredients! And mine were very dissapointing. I often have an LIIT when we dine out, and those are always much better.
